Resort Policies

All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars per night and are subject to availability and applicable tax.

  • All rates are based on single or double occupancy. 1 or 2 bedroom rates are based on 4 person occupancy. Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • A charge of $35.00 per day is added for each extra person.
  • Regrettably, we can not guarantee room numbers.
  • NO PETS ARE PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.
  • Only registered guests may use the facilities.
  • All guests must register vehicles upon arrival at the front desk.
  • Midweek Specials are available May thru September.
  • Group rates available upon request.

Holiday Weekends

  • Memorial Day Weekend is a three (3) night minimum stay at weekend rate.
  • July 4th and Labor Day Weekends are a four (4) night minimum stay at the Peak Season weekend rate.
  • Shorter stays may be available, please call.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • There will be a cancellation fee of 10% for all reservations cancelled, in writing, at least 30 days prior to the planned arrival date for Off Season and 45 days for Mid/High/Peak Season.
  • No refunds, credits, or changes will be issued after 30 days for 'Off/Mid Season' and 45 days for 'High/Peak Season' prior to the planned arrival date."

Deposit Requirements & Payment Methods

  • A deposit representing the full amount of the anticipated room charges to be incurred will be required for all reservations of stays planned for less than one (1) week.
  • Full payment is due when making the reservation.
  • We accept cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Personal checks will not be accepted.
